T_M made this great video of his benching a Gigabyte 6870 video card at huge clock speed of 1400MHz/1250MHz.

His results netted him 3 hardware #1 spots on hwbot (Vantage, ’06, and AM3) easily and there doesnt look like any signs of slowing down. He intends to further push this card with even higher volts shortly!
He also lays claim that the video is the best video ever…… but you should be the judge of that.

T_M’s second session with an nVidia 9800GX2 on LN2, and is pretty happy in general with the first set of full 3D suite results.
GPU clocks vs OCP was a constant battle, with ’06 able to do significantly higher clocks than the rest at the same temp and volts.
With only 30L LN2 no time was wasted to get the full set of tests covered, so none are particularly optimised (definately not ’01 heh).
System
Intel QX9770 on LN2 (Astra pot) @ -140C to -165C
Gigabyte GA-X48T-DQ6 (F4 Bios) with Vcore mod
Gigabyte 9800GX2 on LN2 (XFX Bios, Tek9 4.0) VGPU/VMem/Cap mods
Patriot 1866MHz DDR3 @ 2.25V
Western Digital WD5000AAKS SATA
Windows XP SP2 general benching install
NVidia 174.88 Driver
Results
3DMark’06 – 29661 (#2 hwbot) || 3DMark’05 – 36544
3DMark’03 – 93726 (#1 hwbot) || 3DMark’01 – 107419
Last weekend I was once again honored to participate in an international overclocking competition on behalf of Team.AU (Team Australia).
This time contestants from around the Asia-Pacific region gathered in Jakarta Indonesia, home to some great overclocking talent and may I say one of the finest overclocking event organizers, Benny Lodewijk and his team at PT.Nusantara Eradata. Sponsored by Gigabyte, nVidia, Intel, and a foray of other great hardware companies the platform was set for another extreme overclocking face-off.
